Shipping policy

Everything ships free inside the US. No minimum and no calculated rates at checkout - the price on the product page is the price you pay.

Orders leave our supplier within 1-2 business days. Most deliveries arrive 3-9 business days after that.

Halloween delivery

Order by October 10 to have your set before Halloween. If we can't make that date, we'll email you before we ship and refund you in full.

After October 10 we'll still ship quickly, but we stop promising the date.

Your order may arrive in more than one box

Each set of 12 candles ships in its own box. A 24 arrives as two boxes, and a 36 as three.

Those boxes travel separately. They may arrive on different days, and each one has its own tracking number and its own shipping email. If the first box shows up and the others haven't, nothing is missing - give them a couple of days. If they still don't turn up, email us and we'll find them.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking number when each box leaves. One email per box.

Where we ship

United States only for now.

Wrong address

Email us at osvaldorojas357@gmail.com within a few hours of ordering and we'll fix it before it ships. Once a box is moving we can't reroute it.
